Employment with the Sawdust
Art Festival is seasonal and part-time. We seek friendly, energetic
individuals with the ability to deal well with the public. We are a
non-profit art organization and we are open 66 days during the summer.
We hire part-time employees
for our Summer Show, June 27 – August 31.
Shifts vary as we are open 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. seven days per week.
Most positions require working at least one weekend day per week and
pay minimum wage.

18 years of age, obtain a parent or guardian signature. When hired three
(3) forms of ID are required from all employees and those under 18 years
of age require a work permit. Incomplete or illegible applications will
not be processed.

Ceramics/Craft
Manager - experience in ceramics, pottery wheel &
kiln firing. Teaching experience & staff management preferred.
Ideal for art teacher or retired active adult. Full-time seasonal
position. Salary DOE.
Box Office
- experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
Craft/Demo
Booths – crafts, children’s art or ceramics
experience recommended
Grounds Maintenance
- no experience required
Shoppe/souvenirs
– 18 years & up; retail experience preferred
